Because our products are printed on demand, each item is produced specifically after an order is placed. Product availability, production partners, product materials, colors, sizes, and designs may change at any time without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, descriptions, sizes, and designs accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colors or details exactly as they appear on the final product.

Minor differences in color, print placement, size, material, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, garment materials, supplier variations, or the printing process.

3. Customer Selection of Image, Design, Size, Color, and Product Variant

Some products may allow you to choose an image, design, size, color, or product variant before placing your order.

You are responsible for reviewing your selection carefully before checkout. This includes the selected image, design, size, color, product type, quantity, shipping address, and all other order details.

We are not responsible for mistakes caused by the customer selecting the wrong image, design, size, color, quantity, or product variant.

Once an order has been placed and sent to production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Fossa Funny LLC reserves the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or errors in product information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order to the original payment method, unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.

Because our products are printed on demand, each order may require production time before shipping. Production and shipping times may vary depending on the product, production partner, shipping carrier, destination, season, and order volume.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, weather events, supply chain issues, customs issues, carrier disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.

If we are unable to ship your order within the time stated, or within the time required by applicable law, we may contact you regarding the delay and provide options, which may include waiting for the order or receiving a refund for the unshipped item.

Fossa Funny LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Purchases made through Fossa Funny LLC are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Because our products are custom-printed and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, wrong color, incorrect image or design selected by the customer, incorrect product variant selected by the customer, or customer preference after receiving the product.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, you must contact us within the time period stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement product or a refund, depending on the issue and the circumstances.

Please do not send any product back unless we specifically ask you to do so.

Because our products are made to order, orders are usually sent to production quickly.

We can only cancel or modify an order if production has not started yet. Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.
