At Fossa Funny LLC, we want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are custom-printed and made to order, please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

This Return and Refund Policy applies to orders placed through Fossa Funny LLC for customers in the United States.

1. Made-to-Order and Custom-Printed Products

All Fossa Funny products are printed on demand. This means each item is produced specifically for your order after it is placed.

For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Incorrect image, design, or product variant selected by the customer

  • Customer preference after receiving the product

  • Minor differences in color, placement, or appearance caused by screen settings, garment materials, or the printing process

Please check the size chart, product description, image, design, color, quantity, shipping address, and all order details before placing your order.

2. Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

After reviewing your request, Fossa Funny LLC may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement product at no additional cost; or

  • A refund to your original payment method.

In most cases, you do not need to return the defective or damaged product. However, we may ask for photos or a short video showing the issue so we can review the problem and resolve it properly.

3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  • Your full name

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the problem

  • A photo of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged during shipping

Requests without sufficient information may take longer to review.

4. Order Cancellations and Changes

Because our products are made to order, orders are sent to production quickly.

We can only cancel or modify an order if production has not started yet. Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.

5. Shipping Issues

If your package is lost in transit or there is a shipping issue, please contact us at:

We will review the issue and may ask you to confirm your shipping address, contact the carrier, or provide additional information.

Fossa Funny LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

6. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. In many cases, refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days after they are processed.

7. No Return Required Unless We Ask

Please do not send any product back unless we specifically ask you to do so.
